I tried multiple versions of this program multiple times to try to get it to work right, but it just does not. Download the supremo remote desktop installer file from the link above. This requires someone to be at the remote computer to start the program to allow access and provide the password generated each time by the program when it is started. The only time this program works reliably is if you use it as a standalone program without the service installed.

I installed the service, set a password, and tried to connect to the remote computer, and I kept getting an error message saying that the password was not recognized.It gives you an option to have no password, but it cannot be used if the service is installed, and if you try to connect without the service installed, you still have to enter the password that is given when allowing remote connections, so this begs the question, "Why give a no password option if it can never be exercised?" I moved the program to a different folder and then tried to install the service and got an error telling me that no service file could be found. The service does not work, so if you want to use it to control another computer, you won't be able to do it.

This software just does not work as advertised. Other features include an option to run as Windows service, IP/ID access restrictions, proxy support and more. The ID codes are static, like a phone number, and do not change between sessions, however the program automatically generates a new password for each session to make sure nobody can connect to your computer without your authorization. Supremo also supports file transfers and text chat and comes with a built-in address book in which you can store your frequently accessed computer ID codes. (Supremo also offers a Windows Service mode that allows you to connect without user interaction, however the service did not work for us and failed to run on two machines we tested on.) Accepting a remote connection works in the same manner, simply provide the remote user with your ID code and wait for the user to connect. To connect to a remote computer simply enter the ID code and the password and click a button to launch the remote desktop. There's not much to reproach it for really, it's a fantastic software, but maybe if it provided some benefits to its loyal users such as a rewards program it would be better than it already is.Supremo is a remote desktop software that makes it easy to connect to a remote computer or accept incoming connections for remote assistance. Thanks to that and other aspects I mentioned before like its ease of use, security, efficiency and multiplatform support it is my remote access software par excellence.

I started using it for work for free and ended up purchasing the paid subscription, since the price compared to other software is cheaper on an annual plan, plus I can install the software on an unlimited number of devices to which I need to connect remotely. That's why I tried the free version at the beginning and I was immediately surprised by the ease of use it has, the friendly interface in which it groups all its tools helps a lot for this, but it also performs its functions effectively (without presenting unexpected errors as happens in other software) and with secure connections. When I got to know this software I did not have many expectations due to the bad experiences I had had with other similar software.
